We hope you’re having a great summer! We are lucky to be enjoying fantastic weather, a thriving garden, prolific honeybees and happy does yielding wonderful milk with which we are producing delicious cheese!
We want to let you know about several exciting things coming up which may be of interest to you.
Last Chance Plant Sale
We will be holding a Plant Sale on July 21st from 9:30-11:30am at the farm. We will have a limited supply of watermelon, summer and winter squash, okra, cucumbers, some mystery tomatoes, herbs (including parcel), strawberry plants and raspberry cane. Come early!
Of course, we also have compost available for sale and we know from our own experience that it really makes an incredible difference! (Bag your own.)
Fall Kids’ Programs
Thank you to everyone who has been e-mailing and calling! We will be accepting registration for our Fall Kids’ Programs beginning at 8am on August 4th.
We will be offering a 10-week series for participants from age 2 through 3rd grade. Registration is done through our on-line system beginning that morning and there will be a link on the home page of our web-site to take you to the right place.

Cheese Availability Update
We are pleased to share with you the complete list of the locations of where Rainbeau Ridge farmstead goat cheese is available this season. Available through Lucy’s Whey in New York City, the cheese is now on the menu at Casellula Cheese & Wine Cafe and Elsewhere in the city. We are also being sold at Murray’s Cheese Shop in New York City.
In our area, you can buy our goat cheese at Mt. Kisco Seafood, Bedford Gourmet, The Perennial Chef, Darien Cheese and No. 109 Cheese & Wine. And of course you can still find us each Saturday at the Pleasantville Farmer’s Market. Our full listing is up-to-date on our web-site here.
“Food for Thought” Exhibit at NoKa’s Upstairs Gallery
Join us on August 5th from 5-8pm for an opening reception of this exciting joint exhibit of a selection of Karen’s garden photos and fantastic paintings of Elizabeth Cook.
The exhibit will be open during NoKa’s business hours, located at 25 Katonah Avenue, Katonah, NY, through September 18th.
